Selected from a pool of 108 candidates, all are Mokena residents. They're filling three key slots coming open as the result of retirements.
As the initial point of contact for phone calls and personal inquiries, Customer Service Representatives are a foundation of Mokena’s commitment to providing the community’s customers with the best public service possible. Trained and equipped to answer most questions without the need to transfer a customer to another staff member, the folks in these positions are pivotal in disseminating information, expediting monthly utility transactions, and meeting other public service needs.
