Slated for the Mokena Marketplace retail center at the southwest corner of U.S. Route 30 and Wolf Road, the store is expected to bring approximately 250 new jobs to the area and generate an estimated $750,000 in Village sales tax revenue and $150,000 in property tax revenue for Mokena Public School District 159.
