Jane McGinn, has been a resident of Mokena since 1981. Mrs. McGinn was Village Clerk from 1991 and served in that position for 12 years until she was elected to Village Trustee in April 2003. She was re-elected to her second term as Trustee in 2007. During her tenure as an elected official, Mrs. McGinn has served on the Neighborhood Committee, Site Plan / Architectural Review and Comprehensive Plan Committee. In addition to local government, Mrs. McGinn is a member of the Mokena Chamber of Commerce and the Mokena Area Historical Society. Mrs. McGinn is a past-president of St. Mary's PTC, former girls volleyball coach and member at St. Mary's Church. Jane and her husband Rick, have raised two daughters, Meghan and Molly in Mokena. Ms. McGinn is an accountant for Bobbie Noonans Child Care since 1984. Re-Elected 2007 -- "Having worked through some turbulent times on the Village Board, I am excited about the accomplishments of the past 5 years and would like to continue to work on projects that will cement Mokena's financial future for all of the residents."
